I ordered the incorrect item(s). What do I do?
You can email us and request for a return claim. You can also read the “Return Policy” in the Our Policies Section at the bottom right hand corner of our site. Once on this page you can follow up our instructions for the return process. Make sure and include your order number, item(s) that you’re requesting to return. Once this information is received we will contact you back by email with your return details and give you a FREE RETURN LABEL.
I forgot to add an item to my order or need to change my order. How do I do this?
Unfortunately, there is no way to add an item(s) or change items once your order is placed. If you contact us immediately after placing your order we may be able to cancel your order so that you can replace a new order including your additional items. If this cancellation is unable to be made prior to processing you will need to place a new order for your additional item(s).
Do you have samples?
We do not have samples, but there is no minimum quantity to order. You can purchase as little as you want and the shipping cost is still the same.
Refund times and procedures
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit Card, PayPal where available), the refund procedure will start within 7-21 days from when we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once we have checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

Will my order arrive in one go?
It depends on your order. Because we send your products as soon as they’re ready, you might receive items separately. If you don’t see all your products in the first package to arrive, expect another package to come with your remaining product(s). You can email us to get all the information of your tracking numbers.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
We’ll tell you! Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Do your shipping speeds include processing time?
No, our listed speeds do not include the time it takes to process your order, normally it takes 2-3 days to process and 4-8 days to deliver, in total it would be 6-12 days for delivery period.
Are the shipping times guaranteed?
When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Can I arrange for my own courier or shipping provider to deliver my order?
We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accept special shipping requests.
